All orders placed online are delivered using a door-to-door Fastway courier. We ship anywhere within South Africa. An additional rate of R80 will be charged per order within South Africa. Order placed for delivery within South Africa should take place in 3-5 working days unless otherwise stated.

Returns

Should you wish to exchange your item or be refunded, please contact us to organize this.

Items must be returned within 14 working days of receiving your order.
Items will be returned at your own cost.
Items must be returned in the same condition that they were delivered to you.

Warranty

We unfortunately cannot take responsibility for chains breaking, chains are very delicate and need to be treated with care.

However, if your item happens to break in some other way and it is less than three months old we will be happy to exchange it for you.

Beautiful staple piece!

I bought the one with black onyx and I've worn it almost every day for about 3 years! I shower and sleep and have swum in the ocean with it! The gold has faded slightly but consistently so it still looks pretty great. Works for everyday but also can be fancy.
