All orders placed online are delivered using a door-to-door Fastway courier. We ship anywhere within South Africa. An additional rate of R80 will be charged per order within South Africa. Order placed for delivery within South Africa should take place in 3-5 working days unless otherwise stated.

Returns

Should you wish to exchange your item or be refunded, please contact us to organize this.

Items must be returned within 14 working days of receiving your order.
Items will be returned at your own cost.
Items must be returned in the same condition that they were delivered to you.

Warranty

We unfortunately cannot take responsibility for chains breaking, chains are very delicate and need to be treated with care.

However, if your item happens to break in some other way and it is less than three months old we will be happy to exchange it for you.

Not satisfied

Hi,I loved how the bracelet was described and looked online however when I received it I was disappointed. The colours were no where near as vivid and vibrant as the reference photo. The beads were dull and looked 'old' not shiny and polished and the London topaz was more of a grey than a blue which was confusing when compared to the description and photo. On the day of arrival one of the black beads were broken, half was missing and then a day or 2 later completely fell off the chain. The box it was packaged in was also damaged.

I unfortunately I only rated it 2 stars, because for the price and expectations compared to what I received was quite a let down.

I do love the bag it came in and appreciate that I got the colour I requested.
